Overview
We are seeking driven and knowledgeable Real Estate Brokers to join our growing team in Dubai. You will focus on both the secondary (ready) market and off-plan developments, helping clients navigate Dubai’s dynamic property landscape. This role involves guiding investors and end-users through high-value transactions in prime locations, leveraging market intelligence for optimal outcomes in acquisitions, sales, and leasing.
Responsibilities
- Source, list, and manage a portfolio of high-quality secondary market properties (villas, apartments) and off-plan projects from leading developers.
- Conduct property viewings, deliver compelling presentations, and provide data-backed market insights to clients.
- Handle the full transaction cycle: negotiate deals, prepare documentation, coordinate with developers, DLD, and other stakeholders for seamless closings.
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients, investors, and referral partners through proactive outreach, networking events, and relationship management.
- Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends, pricing, ROI potential, and regulatory changes in both secondary and off-plan segments.
- Collaborate with the team on marketing strategies, client advisory, and portfolio optimization for capital growth and rental yields.
- Support mortgage solutions and financing guidance where required to facilitate client acquisitions
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a real estate broker in Dubai, with strong knowledge of secondary and off-plan markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; fluency in English is essential (Other languages are a plus!).
- Self-motivated with a client-first mindset, strong networking ability, and a target-driven approach.
